Please note: Due to an increase in online fraud, we cannot accept any order taken online if the billing address does not match to the cardholder. All deliveries must also match the billing address unless we have spoken to the cardholder prior to sending out the goods.

 

 

 

Delivery

Standard UK Delivery
Standard Delivery (2-5 working days)
  • Your order will be sent via Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd Class depending on weight.
  • A signature is required upon receipt.
  • If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave you a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver on bank holidays, orders will be delivered the following working day.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for security reasons.
Next Day Delivery (Mainland UK)
  • Next working day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • Next day delivery is £7.95 ( Monday-Friday)


 

 

 Europe

  • Delivery to Europe normally is within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail or one of it's working partners - normally the postal service in the country of destination.
  • Europe Delivery £11.50


 

 

 

Worldwide
  • Standard for the rest of the world  £13
  • Orders placed later than 2.00pm weekdays, on a Saturday, Sunday or U.K. Public Holiday will be dispatched the following working day using the appropriate service as above.

We always aim to deliver from stock. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay or an item is no longer available we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order or refund you immediately.

Unfortunately we cannot sell Melissa + Vivienne Westwood outside of the UK.
